The associate was not helpful at all. I was looking to match a ring I have and asked her for help but she didn’t seem willing to assist. And was very limited in her words. I asked to size my finger and she said it would not be necessary because I’m either 5 or 6 not too much to look for. I ended up buying the ring since I live almost an hour away and won’t be able to come back soon.

as someone who works in retail, there are certain ways a situation should be handled. telling a customer they’re wrong and doing nothing to help them is not the way to go. i went into three different stores to get help and this past visit was by far the worst experience of the three. the associates were SO unbelievably rude to my father and i, and were not at all helpful. they told me i was lying about how my product got damaged and basically called my jewelry disgusting to my face, though it was well taken care of.

this place is terrible and I would never place another order here again. My ring lost a diamond they refused to fix it my ring hasn’t even been a year old and I have a proof of purchase and online it says that they were take it and fix it and they never dead I had to fight with the lady. And my necklace broke which is not even two months old and they refused to give me a new one or let it get fixed I’ve never showered or slept with it on I went to go use it and it snapped in half and they were so rude and I had to fight with the lady I would never go there again it is not worth the money and she was so rude

Went to the Warwick Rhode Island mall location to replace a broken bracelet the was purchased a month and a half ago was told by other stores they would replace it. At the Warwick mall location they did not want to replace it. Instead they gave me so many reason to why they would not replace it after I told them how it broke into two pieces and they blames wear and tear on the product but it was not. I will never go back to that location the assistant manager was absolutely rude her customer service was absolute trash. I honestly probably will never buy a product from the company again after the encounter I had.

will never vistit this store again. rude employees and also left store with wrapped box and store clerkl forgot to put charm in box. went back today December 26,2017 rude employees. rolling their eyes at me and would not help me. will tell everyone know how bad this store his. this employees should be fired out of their jobs. pleae have district manger or higher up call be back at 401-727-0124. Will be calling corporate to make a complaint.
