The sales associate said the bead was 35$ and then I was charged 55$. When I confronted her, she said she didn’t say 35$ but she did and I had other witnesses.

the associates were not very knowledgeable at all and had a gift card they could not redeem and made NO effort to help. first associate was clueless and when she asked another associate she blew her off and offered no assistance, unreal!!!

Wasn't very knowledgeable about the product I was inquiring about. I have made several purchases in this particular store and have never had an issue with any of the associates like I had with this person. I asked her to clean the ring that I was purchasing she refused telling me that the item had just come into the store and had no reason to be cleaned. The reason should have been sufficient enough that I was requesting her to clean it. Nor did she provide me with a box or bag or gift wrap.

Holly was our sales person and was extremely rude. Not friendly what so ever. I asked specifically for a certain bracelet and how I was going to add the charms and she continued to dismiss what I was asking for. She handed the bag and didn’t thank me for shopping at your store. If you don’t like your job or aren’t a people person then you should work in a stock room. Warwick wall pandora has the WORST customer service. You have to mentally prepare yourself to deal with the staff and it’s not all but the majority. Hire better customer service people.

At the Warwick RI location the sales associate was not at all friendly. Extremely rude and cocky. I was unaware of being able to touch the merchandise and as I reached to grab the one I was interested she snapped at me saying you can't touch it I will give it to you. I said are we still in covid? She said something like that and the other associate explained because of stealing so I said, so now I look like I'm going to steal something? Bottom line is this, if your not going to allow guests to touch things explain the policy ahead of time don't snap at someone who is going to just touch an item they are interested in, but what gets me is after I told her what items I liked and she put them in a black box is when I could touch them anytime I wanted. I was petrified at that point and literally asked permission so I didn't get scolded. Rude unprofessional and doesn't belong working in retail

The associates at this Pandora are rude, unhelpful, and miserable. I got the two charms I Wanted and couldn’t get out fast enough.
