I am a regular pandora customer and there’s nothing for being a loyal one We were 10 dollars away from the promotion and it was my birthday and they still would not give it to us. Every other store has loyalty programs

Sales person "Brenna" did not know products. Appeared VERY new and not well trained. A second salesperson joined in conversation, "Sarah P." had more knowledge and helped get things done. I see now (even though I asked when there) if gift with has charms needs some changing of charms can I do it at a NH store. Told yes BUT I see on receipt it says only a store credit may be offered. The store I bought it at is 300 miles from my home in NH. What kind of BS policy is this!!! If true I'll never buy your stuff again or recommend it!! I was also told checks are not accepted, again not a standard practice at jewelry stores. I feel Pandora is just a rip off, non-consumer friendly place and will tell everyone who asks my feelings.

Stores are always so hot inside and I am starting to wonder if the reason every sales Associate is so so slow is because they are told to be?!!! I knew what I wanted and was in a hurry but t took me 30 minutes to complete my purchase from start to finish. If it wasn’t for the quality, I would not return.

The overall wait, and lack of order when tending to customers. It was an “honor system” of who got there first, and one of the associates (seemed to be a manager in the way she was leading others) made a loud public statement advising guests to get away from any of the display cases so the associates could access - but there wasn’t any room to go anywhere in the store - would have preferred her to continue asking for space when she needed to access the cases directly. Also perhaps some tech to help manage the cue would have helpful and resulted in a better customer experience.

Sales rep never made eye contact. She appeared bothered by my questions,and just wanted to move on to the next. She was the negative in my visit

I did not think the workers were very friendly or interested in helping me. It almost felt like I was bothering them when I inquired about the merchandise. It felt very awkward. There were 3 girls. 1 was cleaning my bracelets and talking with the other girl and the 3rd one was helping me.
