Very unfriendly

the staff that served me was not very friendly or provided good customer service. she looked a bit stressed

The sales person pushed a bracelet size on me and it is too small. I got the feeling they did not have the next size and pushed the sale through. I feel dissatisfied.

Rushed,abrupt sales person.

Staff didn't greet anyone coming into the store. waited over 5 minutes to have a staff member ask if I needed help, the staff member was not doing anything and made eye contact with me several times. When asking to see charms for a bracelet the staff member didn't seem knowledgeable about the charms in store. Nor did the staff member try to pay attention to what I was looking for and give any recommendations.

The representative helping me wasn’t to friendly looked upset about questions and concerns in regards of the product instead of being excited about making a sale

I am very satisfied so far the merchandise I received and my wife loves it too, I have only had one issue and that is that an item I had ordered did not get shipped as it should have been, but I called and it was shipped out right away and received it in a timely manner.

The associate could have been more friendly. She didn't seem thrilled to assist.

Prices are way over the top. They put what the call necessities on the braclet, come check out time you find out she put two 65 dollar stoppers on your bracelet.
