Sales people were not the friendliest. Trying to push unwanted merchandise on me during the sale.

The sales associate wasn’t very into engaging in the customer service with my daughter and myself. This was the first time we shopped in a Pandora store. I guess I just expected more. Let me be clear, I have plenty of Pandora jewelry I had just purchased them through Hannush Jeweler, and I had a way better shopping experience that way.

One of the store managers was very rude!!!! One of the associates was trying to help and the manager was very rude and speaking down to the associate, as well as myself. The associate had explained to me that she was she herself was new, I still felt that the manager should not have been rude! I understand that the store was very busy, but I was asking questions of the associate that I was not aware of that she did not have the answer to. The manager needs another crash course in people skills, since I was a paying customer. Her behavior was very unnecessary.

My princess ring snapped in half and I wanted to exchange it in store but my size was sold out. I was unhappy that I wasn’t able to order it in store and have it sent to my house.

The salesgirl was very friendly and knowledgeable, and listened to what I liked in order to direct me towards what I would be interested in. She was also patient as I tend to look at things several times before making a decision, and informed me of the sales at the beginning of my visit, as well as mentioned their policies including free cleaning of the bracelets. She is definitely an asset that would help encourage me to return there.

The checkout system was confusing. Only one associate took it upon herself to help ring out customers. The store manager seemed overwhelmed or just not efficient herself.

The sales personnel was dealing with a Pandora novice trying to purchase Christmas presents for two little girls. They offered options, advice and worked with me to choose the appropriate bracelet and charms. They graciously wrapped the boxes when asked.

The sales woman had to personality. No smiles. Acted like I was an inconvenience. I had just worked a long shift and was not looking my best. I felt judged. Like I was not going to buy and wasting her time.
