Well it advertised the charm I got at $65 but then upon check out it was actually $75 so I’m not sure where I got the pricing so off. So the total was 80$

I purchased the flat bracelet. I feel there should be more charms to choose from. I personally didn't like most of them

The exchange was a little hard to make. The store where the bracelet was originally purchased was a pandora sub store so I couldn’t get full credit because I don’t have the receipt for the return.

I could not exchange my ring for a smaller size. They were all out of my size but gave me options on what I could do- wait and return or take a credit and buy online.

The sales associate didn’t give us a chance to look or breathe. We were followed and not given a chance to decide what we wanted for ourselves.

The heart clasp bangle that I got does not come in the size I needed, it was either too big or too small.

My friend had purchased me a gift online and was nice enough to provide me with a gift receipt in case I wanted to exchange the item. I presented the item and the gift receipt. The salesperson stated that there was no amount listed on the receipt, so that she would have no way of knowing what my friend paid. She asked me if I could call me friend to ask her what she paid. That is utterly ridiculous. I had a receipt; there should be a way to look up online to see what my friend had paid. Imagine being asked to call someone who bought you a gift to ask what they paid! I was placed in a very uncomfortable position. My question to her was why would Pandora even gift out a gift receipt if you are not able to use it to exchange a gift, without the purchase price present on the receipt. She had no good answer. Also, I did go on to exchange the time, and the salesperson was very confused about what item I was purchasing and actually started to bag an item for me that was not what I was buying (and it was at a lesser value). I would hesitate before buying again from Pandora, especially an online gift.
