We originally ordered my ring online. This took place four months ago. The ring never came in. We had to call Pandora and reach out to UPS just to figure out the location of the ring to begin with.

I believe any store can do little better on attending to the customer needs. Not much of a selection in the product

It was Christmas Eve, so I understand that they were going to be busy, but they were putting people on a wait. The woman in charge was unfriendly, borderline annoyed. The sales associate however, that helped me was great! Also their tablets to pay were not working correctly, so they only had 2 available, with that being said on top of the 20 mins I had to wait for an associate and the 10 mins it took to check out I was there for an unreasonable amount of time. They should have staffed accordingly, and they should have set their staff up for success to so so, by giving them extra tablets especially for Christmas Eve. No qualms about the associate, but management in general could have been better. I myself am a restaurant manager, so I live, eat, and breathe customer service, and understand that it wasnt the associates fault, all of that reflects on management. Set them up to succeed not fail.

Pandora is a nice place Charms and bracelets are very sentimental Think price wise they should have more sales and promotions throughout the year instead of once a year

The bracelet I wanted was not in my size. Sales associate offered to order it. Ended up buying a different one.
