The sales team and the girls helped me find a great gift for my girlfriends birthday since I have no clue about woman's jewelry.. and checked my previous purchases so I matched the ring I bought with the earrings I got her for Christmas! Thank you!

The workers worked together to help me and it was so nice. They helped me and my boyfriend find the special birthday ring for me. It was a quick but satisfying process.

I was not there to have an experience. I was there to purchase something my wife liked for her birthday. The store seemed average and not to fluffy. I appreciated them looking for and finding what I needed and it was obvious the two girls helping me, did not know as much about the price I wanted, yet where smart enough to bring someone who did into the conversation

Overall nice, clean store. Inviting. I was concerned about the gold plated sterling silver ring. My daughter is extremely sensitive to jewelry but she is fine with real gold. They did not have real gold but the associate said in her experience no one has had a reaction. Normally it's the nickel that people react to. Fingers crossed because she can't even wear sterling silver earrings.

The manager Tracy and your sales associate Alexandra were exceptional when I voiced some concerns about previous visits with some of the products I purchased. Thank you for going above and beyond with your customer service.
