Wasn't sure what to purchase as a gift and they made it easy by showing me the seasonal ornament charm that's out. Makes a perfect gift!

I was looking for a special birthday gift for my best friend who is relocating to another state. I found the perfect gift.

Brenna was great in trying to locate a ring for me. The 2nd ring had sold out. She was very courteous.

Not only was the sales person taking care of me friendly and helpful, the manager also introduced her self and was very friendly. Everything was set up in an organized manner so it was easy to look at. The sales girl was very informative telling me about sales, giving me a catalog, letting me know about this survey, I wanted to wear my braclet out of the store she made sure I knew that I could not return it unless it left in the box which I appreciated. i love all the different selection of charms and jewelry that pandora offers and can’t wait to fill my bracelet.
