The sales personnel is always wonderful

I went into the store because i tried ordering online and had ALOT of issues. I had to call customer support 5 times without any resolution. I came into the store greeted by the manager explained what i had gone thru and she immediately resolved everything within mins. A sales associate came over to finish the transaction so the mgr could help with assisting other customers. I would recommend this store to everyone. Cassidy H was wonderful and very knowledgable. Thanks again for making my bad day into a great one!

as soon as I walk the sales team says hi and can I help you. they are very professional in the warwick, store. especially natalie de la rosa. she always helps me. she is very quick in locating all the items I am interested in purchasing and always remembers me from my last visit to Pandora in warwick, ri. always tells me about other items she thinks I might be intested in. natalie also wraps my items so neat. she is an amazing Pandora representative.

Cassidy was the sales associate who assisted me during my visit. she was patient with me as I looked through the store, available to answer any of myquestions, and helped make my checkout experience excellent. She greeted me as I instantly entered the store, and told me about the great promotion that was running which I appreciated. She was sweet kind and a wonderful asset to your team. When I was shopping and it was very close to closing time and not once did I feel pressured to make a choice by any given time. She is the reason I will be back!

i was tatally satisfied with my visit. i was pleased with no wait. i was happy that all the mdse was in stock.
