Customer Service was excellent. Very willing to go above and beyond my needs to resolve my issue (one of the stones had fallen out, and I was getting a replacement ring). When they didn't think they had my size in stock, they offered to contact additional stores in the nearby area, but luckily found my size on the display rack! Thank you for all of your help and understanding.

The sales associates were very kind to my father and I not being pushy with sales. They notified us of the promotion going on right at the begining of our visit to allow us to factor that into our shopping experience. The store was very clean and inviting.
