Our local jewelry store has discontinued carrying Pandora and we had to go to the nearest Pandora store to get a gift for our grand daughter. It is in Warwick Mall, RI. The store representative was very helpful.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable, asked the occasion, and made fitting recommendations. She was very familiar with all of the products and matching accessories.

Service was amazing. Associate was quick amd knowledgeable. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff there. Will definitely be returning very soon.

My return was extremely simple.

I purchased a rosegold bracelet awhile back and the silver under the rosegold layover started to show. I was highly disappointed as I am a huge fan of pandora specifically the quality of your merchandise. The store manager gave me a brand new bracelet with minimal hassel in addition to providing information to better care for all of my rosegold jewelry that I have purchased from Pandora.

I went there because my 2 pandora bracelets recently turned black. I have iver $1000 in merchandise & wore them all the time for years. I brought them there to see if they could clean them. The asst manager was so nice & helpful & explained everything to me. She told me that she would keep them for 2 days & was pretty sure they would come clean. She get me well informed & 2 days later sure enough they were clean &!looking good again. I even spent another $130 on merchandise. Great experience!!

The manager, and sales person was very nice. They helped me pick out the charm that I wanted. Very Pleasant to talk to.

The store set up is welcoming and clean. Michelle was my sales person and she is very pleasant to work with, I’ve had her before. The location of the store makes it very easy to pop in whenever I’m in the mal.
