The sales associate that assisted me -Dayan was great. You could tell she enjoyed her job and actually showed an interest on helping me select the beads I purchased. This is rare in customer service & she should be recognized. If I return to the store I would want her to assist me

Our sales person Michelle R No. 183559 was so available and quickly find the charm that we are looking! Price really good too. After our purchase she recommended to us about others bracelets and charms for next time.

When I go shopping, I want to have a great experience. I expect my sales associate to have some knowledge of the items that they are selling. I also expect the sales associate to be warm and friendly. All my expectations were met while shopping at Pandora.

The associate was very welcoming and understood the theme of my new bracelet. She took as much time as was needed to show me many different clips which allowed me to leave the store completely happy with my purchase. I am fairly new to Pandora but was made to feel right at home!
