When entering the store I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. Had just left Macy's where I was ignored and never offered any assistance. Pandora's sales person was friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, they did not have the exact item I was looking for, which was the gold version of a necklace. I purchased the silver instead.

Associate helped to complete a gift. Very helpful friendly staff. Did not try and push merchandise on me let me make my own decision
