Customer service was excellent. I walked into pandora and was assisted right away. Very helpful, I was asked what I needed help with. I told the sales clerk what I was looking for and she showed me a lot of charms and helped me with my decision. Kudos to the sales woman.

Wow I got home and looked in one of the boxes and the charm was not put in the box so I have to go back to the store tomorrow to pick it up not happy 10 miles away from my house
