Very professional. I was looking for the perfect gift had already been to several jewelry stores with not much help. When I walked into Pandora I felt comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

I had a great experience at the Pandora! I ordered two of the same gifts for two step mothers for our wedding coming up from another store and received them without the charm. I returned those and immediately thought to head to Pandora the store itself rather than a jewelry store who sells pandora. As soon as I went in I was greeted, immediately helped, and told the sales associate my previous dilemma and what a time crunch I was on and I found the PERFECT gift with the help of the Pandora staff, better than what I had planned originally. All three women working were so kind and thoughtful and wished me well with my wedding! I’ll definitely be returning soon and they’ll be my first go to for special gifts!
