Very friendly and knowledgable staff who assisted me. She helped with my decision making and was patient with my enquiry as I looked at a variety of items. Unfortunately one item I required was not available in store or in our State and hence had to purchase it online which then incurred a shipping fee to my home. Overall staff experience was excellent.

I was greeted when I entered the store by a kind face. I randomly decided that I wanted the matching band to go with the ring and she was so nice to grab it with a smile. Although one size too big, I still bought the ring because service was great.
