This was recommended to me by a friend and I loved it much that I will be more than happy to recommend it to my friends.

The store was busy, but the wait wasn't lking at all. While I waited, the store's associate who put me on the wait list was extremely helpful in answering my questions so I could select what I wanted to purchase. The sales associate who helped me with my purchase was able to give me information regarding signature pieces that could be found at specific store locations.

Customer service is excellent. The store is always clean. Many workers are available.

From the moment I entered the store I was happily greeted, was escorted to a Sales Associate to assist me with what I was looking for. The associate was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful in guiding me with my purchases, I wasn’t pressured into looking at a slew of jewelry. I explained to her what I was interested in and she really was very helpful and made sure that she presented me with jewelry that I might be interested in. It was a pleasant experience.

The welcome assistant was very curtious on arrival and she direct us to a sales assistant which was superb. She had great patients with us for selecting the ideal present for our daughter. Overall experience for this time of year was magnificent.
