I can't remember my sales rep that helped me but she just moved from RI. Very sweet, helpful, answered my questions, even offered me a catalog. I purchased charms from Pandora the very next day. She was overall caring and I hope she gets a raise.

I was looking for a specific type of ring but didn't really know where to start. I also didn't know the "exact size" but knew how it should fit on me. The sales associate showed me a few rings and asked some pertinent questions. I found exactly what I was looking for and my girlfriend loves it. It fit perfectly too! I will definitely be back.
