The sales associate was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful - VERY customer-focused!! She demonstrated the pris and cons of different bracelets and listened to what I was looking for! Great choices in the store and really appreciated being able to benefit from a sale!!

All of saleswomen were kind and willing to help one another, needed a dozen bracelets cleaned l was the only customer in the store for about 10-12 minutes

First time I have ever bought my daughter a Pandora Bracelet and she is not easy to buy for and the sales associate was a big help on picking charms for her.
