I am EXTREMELY PLEASE with how Ashley was 'WILLING' to make things right. I was exchanging promise rings and St. Johns TC location didn't have what I needed on site so I was forced to go to Daytona since I was in need of it the next day. Not only did Ashley call and confirm the ring was there she also had them hold it. Bad news was when I arrived to Pandora in Daytona which ended up taking 2 hours and 30 minutes due to traffic they refused to honor my 10% military discount. Long story short ASHLEY to the rescue AGAIN!!! She offered to refund me the difference and since I was unable to get there she left it in the safe with a note. TALK ABOUT SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was pleased then the next day went in the store and here comes Paige and Kathy being themselves, very personal and offering TOP NOTCH service! I admit of ALL my Pandora visits this store WINS me over OFTEN!!! Thanks ladies. If I may, Pizza Party on me for Valentines Day?!
