Always a great selection and so many options to choose from. The only negative thing about the experience was the wait time to see an associate for help, which isn’t the store’s fault. It was a busy weekend in a popular area, and with COVID-19 cases escalating, they were only taking the proper precautions to assure everyone saw what they wanted while not touching all the merchandise to further the spread, and everyone was socially distanced.

Lisa was extremely helpful. She listened carefully and helped me find the right necklace and charm! We even shared a good laugh about our grandchildren. When I told her I was an educator, she thanked me for my service. And before I left, she gave me tips on how to clean my jewelry.

In spite of the Covid 19 Pandemic I was greeted in a very friendly manner and offered hand sanitizer. The cashier was very friendly and patient with helping me select the right gift for a special person in my life. I did not feel rushed to finalize my purchase.

The lady at the counter was very friendly and eager to help my best friend and I find the perfect charms to share case our friendship.

I am a teacher and I purchased something for a student and the parent was with me when I made the purchase. Parent was excited and will tell her husband what she wants for her anniversary.

Associate was very helpful as well as other stuff.

I was skeptical to leave the home I was visiting but after leaving I felt comfortable in the store.

The customer service was excellent. I had help finding what I needed. Great attitude from all associates.
