During my visit to the store, I received a phone call that my mother was in a car accident. The sales reps were very patient as I stayed on the phone with my mother until the police arrived at her location. They continued to provide excellent service the during my entire visit. Their patience with me shopping for my wife's 25th Anniversary gift and dealing with an unexpected situation with my mother was incredible! Thank you Pandora!
