I was highly satisfied with pandora because of their speed when it’s a lot of people in there, they are friendly, clean and always make sure everyone is 6ft apart during COVID.

The sales associates were very friendly and helpful. The store is laid out beautifully and our sales associate was able to locate exactly what I was looking for very quickly. I think the bracelet and charms I bought are great quality and there was an excellent variety.

The service was fantastic and my sales associate was not pushy about what to buy. I said I wanted to look for a ring for my friend and she immediately pulled out a variety of rings and let me try them on. The process look less than 10 minutes so I was in and out super quickly. My sales associate was very kind and answered every question I had. The packaging was super cute and elegant.

Paige-The Assistant Manager was very sweet and knowledgeable about everything. She helped solve my issues with getting the bracelet clean and that’s why I purchased additional charms! When I go back, I would definitely love to work with her because she was so sweet! In this day and age a little kindness goes a long way! Thanks Paige! I’ll be back soon! 😉
