I already entered this information and am not sure why I was prompted to start over:/ Melissa B. Helped us purchase charms. She noticed how small my bracelet was and asked why we purchased one so small. We told her my husband was told “Pandora bracelets stretch. If we didn’t get this size the bracelet would end up being too big after stretching from the weight of the charms.” It took someone else to clasp it on. It barely reached the clasp with only several charms on it. Melissa B. said this is not true. Pandora bracelets do not stretch. She measured my wrist and my bracelet and told me my bracelet was a size 16 and I needed an 18. She gave me my style number and Customer Service’s phone number. Melissa said to tell them about this and most likely they would exchange my bracelet for the correct size. Called today and already got a UPS shipping label. Melissa is everything you want in an employee. She is professional, knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. If she’s not in management she should be. In fact she would make an excellent employee Trainer. This is by far the best employee we have ever encountered in all our purchases at a Pandora location.

Sales staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. There was one item I wanted but wasn't in store so they showed me how to order online. I would go back to this store if I lived in town. Staff was GREAT!!!
