The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Sales associate was great and very helpful picking out the right charms for the bracelet. I love the bracelet but I’m disappointed the clasp is not as heavy duty as it should be. I only wear my bracelet on special occasions and the clasp broke. Wish I could just purchase a new clasp and not another bracelet.

It was a rainy day and associates were super friendly.

I love going to Pandora. I was expecting to walk out with one item, instead I walked out with six! I absolutely love my new jewelry and will definitely be going back to get more quite soon.

I called the day before looking for a ring for my daughter and the associate gladly put in on hold for me until the next business day. Went in and picked it up with no problems and great customer service.
