Unlike many stores today, someone saw me enter, approached me with a friendly welcome and inquired if they might be of assistance. Upon explaining the concept of what I was hoping to do , this lovely lady created several stories for me incorporating what I already had with new charms. I do wish there were more specific charms for military ( one son ) and darker themes from Edgar Allen Poe or modern horror writers ( one son ) .

Alyssa P was very helpful in assisting me with deciding on the charms I wanted to purchase. I came in with a vision and she helped me fulfill it and more. She and Catharine were very helpful and I felt like I had known them for a while. I went in looking for some color to add to my bracelet and then was interested in looking at rings to match the earrings I had previously purchased. I didn't have the earrings on or in my possession, but will definitely go back to match the ring with the earrings. Awesome customer service.
