The sales associate, though new, went out of way to ensure that I received what I wanted! She asked for and received assistance when needed.

I love the pandora experience because the sales associate that was helping me was extremely friendly, showed us all of the options, and asked about things other than the purchase.

The store was not cluttered exceptional customer service. The sales representative was very friendly, and this would make me take that trip to the store again.

My boyfriend and I had come in super close to closing to briefly check out the Harry Potter collection. The staff was very nice and we ended up falling in love with a bracelet. The associate even switched out the display so I could get the size that best fit me. My boyfriend looks forward to loading up my bracelet with charms in the future

The reason I'm highly satisfied is simply due to the experience of the Team on staff at this location. Not only did I receive support from my sales associate expert but she had support from her team members as well. She helped them, they assisted her and everyone made sure I was taken care of with complete professionalism. I enjoy service like this. It makes the deal smooth and relaxing.

I was able to walk right into the store and received immediate assistance. The associated allowed me to walk around and look but, they were also attentive when any questions arose. They were also helpful the following day when I decided to switch out my rings.
