The sales associate Monica very friendly and answered all my questions.

I had items that was missing a stone and one that got damaged she told me what I had to do and we got what I need and she help me out with no problem

The staff were really friendly. The girl that we dealt with was awesome. She was patient as I was spending a lot of time on the phone making sure I bought exactly what my aunt wanted. I didn’t get her name but she just moved to Jacksonville a month ago from Indiana.

The lady that welcomed us and was very helpful. They had a wide variety of rings. The lady that helped me try the rings on behind the counter was amazing.

I was able to swap out a necklace w no problem. Tiara was able to find a way for me to add a new charm from the pandora me collection. Which normally wouldn’t fit the necklace I currently had. Win win!

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the perfect birthday present for my sister.
