The sales associate went above and beyond checking numerous shelves and inventory for the piece I wanted. Although she was unable to find it, she did a wonderful job finding something in comparison that I ended up purchasing.

This was a Suprise visit by my husband for my birthday and the sales associate was wonderful at making the experience perfect!

I placed order on line and pick up in store but then wanted to see a few other items for future purchases and the girl they gave me was awesome her associate number 183794. She is asset to your company. She took her time showing mw stuff and sold me a Daughter charm for my daughters bracelet for Christmas I was in there picking up my daughters birthday gift. She also sold me on chain for my daughter and my own bracelet and I will be back to buy it. She took time showed me the difference between spacers and the clips that work on my bracket and will be back for the Minnie Mouse Clip 💜 Love love it!!

They had the item I wanted. Even thought they weren't busy, I had to wait a few minutes for someone to wait on me. it took two salespeople to find the price of the item and check me out.
