Les was wonderful. He took the time to explain the designs and made sure we got exactly what we were wanting. Les was incredibly professional and dedicated staying right with us through our entire visit. Great experience.

I went to Pandora for Christmas for a charm for my mom. The lines were long but the associates where nice and kept checking on people that was standing in line. My most recent experience I went to buy a friend a charm for her birthday. The actual charm I wanted wasn't in stock but the associate was very patient and helped me pick out a beautiful birthday charm. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the associate. She was nice and pleasant and didn't rush me to pick out the perfect charm for my friend.

The sales associate that assisted us was very friendly. She helped me match a new charm to my bracelet. She also informed us of when they would be getting new charms in store

I appreciate it page being very understanding with my situation and was able to make the exchange. Whitney was excellent and patient with me while making a selection for my exchange item. However there was an older lady, employee that assume I did not speak English and asked Whitney “ what’s going on here doing an exchange if we could?“ I did not see her going around and asking the other employees what they were doing with the customers ! I simply mentioned to Whitney that was not necessary especially since I was already being helped and Paige approved the exchange before we had before we began. I did not catch this employee‘s name however she is an older lady with white hair and I know now if I were to return to the store not to be serviced by her!

Upon walking in the store I was greeted by a sales associate. She very kind, courteous and polite. I told her what I was looking for and she took care of the rest right away.
