Upon entering the store we were promptly greeted and welcomed to look around until a sales associate was available to assist us. Our sale rep Monica was super! She helped us pick out two beautiful bracelets for our girls. Although there were a lot of charms that were discontinued she tried to make nice suggestions.

I like the quality of the merchandise. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the service is always good.

The representative was very knowledgeable about the product. Ms. Whitney was very patient and willing to assist. She explained nuances of the product and gave multiple options for each selection. I will surely request her on future visits.

This store has a lot of selection, I prefer it over on line and other stores that carry Pandora products. The sales people are always friendly and very helpful.

The salesperson who helped me (Lisa) was quite knowledgeable about all things "Pandora". She showed me several different bracelet options. Entering the store, I was somewhat unsure of what I needed. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
