Customer Service was excellent , Sales Representative tackled my issue and resolved it immediately , sales agent helped pick out a perfect charm to add to my collection . Overly love the store .

From entering the store until I finish purchasing the sales rep gave me her undivided attention. She made suggestions for me and asked me all types of questions to get an idea of what I may like.

Catherine was very knowledgeable on the products and provided great suggestions on how to mix and match products and metals. The service did not take a long time. She was great highly recommend!

Several items I really liked was not in store. The young lady offered to order but I wanted my items right away. I didn't want to wait on them

Love Pandora, it is quality, it is a great gift to friends, family or yourself. AND I am Danish. I just got my first Grandchild and wanted the other Grandmother and myself to have matching birthstones to celebrate. Could not think of a better gift. I can not return to the same store again, because I am not from this area. If I lived here I would. Maybe give an option to explain as to why I would not return in the survey
