The wait was ridiculous and a store associate assisted a customer via phone while there where a multitude of customers waiting to be assisted. My wait for the exchange was 40 mins before I was assisted! I had three people in front of me, and finally when my name was up the associate assisted someone on the phone before assisting me and the manager was okay with this.

I finally decided to buy the ring I've wanted for years. The store was in complete chaos. There was a waiting list and a store full of people. At my turn, the associate was not knowledgeable of the products but advised me that I could find more online. At checkout, I was denied the experience of Pandora. My associate didn't offer me a box, bag or equivalent to place my new ring in. I honestly felt cheated. No one should EVER be denied the real Pandora experience.

There two associates working. Requested you put your name on the list yet allowed people that weren't on the list at all to be assisted first. Skipping three people that had already been waiting over 20 minutes or more for their turn for a pick up and a return.

I have been to this store on multiple occasions in fact I am returning today but the staff that was working on the morning of my visit was horrible. They were no patient the manager was very blunt and reserved the associate that assisted me was no pleasant to deal with all. I have never experienced this kind of service at this location and I was very disappointed.

I went to Pandora the day before Valentine's Day when it was so busy there was a sales associate dedicated to taking and calling names as customers walked in to get in line for being helped. While waiting in the cashier line a sales associate directed her commission to the cashier line and her commission skipped me. It was noticed by the associate with the clipboard while she was walking around and she mentioned it to me without trying to correct the situation. Fortunately the commission that was skipping in line was standing over the customers at the registers shoulders and had to get out of their way when they were done. When the customer that skipped me backed out of the way of the customers leaving the counter, i was able to take my rightful place and approach the cashier. However the sales associate brought the cashier her commissions order and I had to have an awkward discussion with the cashier and associate explaining that no that was not my order that was the order of the person that was trying to skip me. It was offensive that the associate after her commission was still trying to have her commission skip me even though I was standing in the line first and at the register

The Rose gold bracelet that I got was priced 100.00 in the store and is 80.00 online. I’m displeased about this as this my first purchase with Pandora.
