One of the charms that I purchase was not in the bag when I got home

I need to return a charm witting less than 30 days purchased and the manager of the Town Center store in Jacksonville FL (Ashley) didn’t allowed me to do it.

I purchased an ring for my wedding here and the associate sold me the same ring all other customers were trying on which was dirty and one of the setting prongs was damaged. I didn’t notice this until I left the store and when I returned she told me there was nothing I could do and offered for me to purchase a different ring. My wedding is Saturday and I had been waiting to come to Jacksonville to purchase this ring and she was very unhelpful and essentially told me “too bad” and that another ring couldn’t come in to the store for up to a MONTH. I am extremely disappointed with my time here. I waited almost 45mins in line to be disappointed.

Every ring I buy turns my gf fingers green

The associate was rude and had the energy of not wanting to be there. Every question i had she shut down with one word response. Very unprofessional and disappointing

I entered the store told the lady I wanted to get a gift she refuse to show me the tray so I could choose what I like to purchase she showed me three items told me they were out of stock on lots of items I ended up purchasing a piece that I really wasn’t satisfied with they act like they were uncomfortable with me because I got there first thing when the store opened I have never been treated like this in my life I buy lots of pandora I have three bracelets and always buying pandora but I will never buy pandora again. Thank

I entered the store and simply already knew what I wanted, I asked for assistance and the manager stated “the sales associate will assist” the service rep was with one indecisive woman who still didn’t want to make a purchase I clearly explained what I wanted not to interfere too much and everyone looked at me with 20 heads and I had to force the manager to help me make the purchase, I felt racially profiled honestly I would never return to this Pandora I spend a lot of money with you guys

Back last year I visited this store and it was just over a year of when I had purchased a particular charm and I noticed that the Roses had come off, sales person was unpleasant and did not attempt to show any care, so I had not been back to the store until my visit on last evening, and Again I was barely greeted, I made a purchase cause I had too at this time, but I was more disturbed when I my purchased a charm it was put in tissue paper, I asked the Rep Ashley if I could have a box, her reply was she had NONE, she advised she was waiting on a delivery, but she then realized that she left the cabinet open where I could see the boxes and she realized i saw them. I will not be purchasing from The Pandora Store any longer, I received The Best service from Yelverton Jewelry Store who is a Pandora Retailer in Warner Robins, GA.. I work at PNC Bank I will be sharing my story with my employees and on social media... It's a lot more to this story I don't have enough space to continue...

The associates were rude. Many customers talked about exiting the store, either they were tired, didn't want to work or didn't get along! The staff had alot of tension and negative energy. I was looking at charms another staff member came and pulled the tray out to remove until i said “Um I’m looking at this”

Highly dissatisfied that there are no available charms for the males in my life! my dad nephew and brother passed away recently. I have no charms for them to place on my 'Family' bracelet!! However, I do have charms for Mother, sister etc! Can someone please respond to this inquiry and let me know how this can be resolved. I can be reached at slppeggy@gmail.com.
