We asked if there are any promotions or discounts and the associates said no. We bought some charms and after we paid we saw a sign that for there are 10% discounts for doctors and we told the associates that my husband is a doctor and he was sitting outside waiting for me and she said, I’m sorry the nect time you buy something you can get the discount. We felt so disrespected and dissatisfied

I went to get earrings I already knew which ones so I showed her effortless, payment machine wouldn’t work and then had to reboot not her problem ...the problem occurred when she said you have a one year warranty on all items ....big fat lie that’s why I stop buying charms because they cost to much and when I took to store they would not repair them so don’t tell customers what’s not true

Because the salesperson was very rude in inpatient and rolling her eyes bout everything I said watching me as if I’m a theft when I spent over $500 in the store I’ll never go back there I’ll go to the one in the mall first

Upon entry I told the associate at the door EXACTLY which charm I wanted (a birthday gift for my granddaughter). She located it, brought it over to me (where I was standing on my little dot as instructed), and I confirmed it was the correct charm. I was then required to wait 45 minutes to buy the charm from a different associate who then asked me why I didn’t skip the line since I had the Pandora card. I was late to the party because the first associate would not just sell me the charm while I was waiting in line. Poor customer service when someone is not browsing or building a bracelet.

The store manager Lisa was very rude and curt with me and when I brought it to her attention she said “ummm”. She was disrespectful and threw my items in my bag. Made the exchange process horrible and I will never shop in that store again.
