As I entered the store, 2 sales associates were blocking the aisle. After a few moments, I said "excuse me" and walked on through. They did move enough for me to get through but never stopped talking to each other. On this visit, I looked at and purchased 1 bracelet and 1 charm. My total time in the store was less than 15 minutes. The associate tried unsuccessfully to pass me off to another associate. No "cross" words were ever spoken.

The lady who helped us was way too pushy. She was trying to get us to spend more money on items that we didn't want or need.

Did not have what I was looking for and when I asked the sales person about other charms in the book that I wanted she said she didn’t even know if they had them and didn’t even bother looking or checking to see, was not a good experience. I will not go back to that store. I asked to see other sets of bracelets with charms and she showed me Christmas ones in February the day before Valentine’s Day. This store was not very helpful.

I came in to exchange an item. When I signed in I wasn’t told that I needed a receipt for the exchange. I only knew if when another customer asked. I told the employee it was a gift and the person bought it in another city. I asked it the employee could look up the receipt if I gave them the persons name. She told me no. I than had to call the gift giver to find the receipt. The gift giver found the receipt. I went back to the store and made the exchange while making the exchange the second employee went on to tell me they can look up receipts if needed. I stated the employee before her didn’t tell me this and her attitude was nonchalant. The second employee was rude in the whole shopping experience.

I purchased a charm and 2 clips for my daughter for Christmas only to have her open the bag and one of the clips wasn't in there and I was charged for both. I specifically asked while checking out was everything in the envelope and I was told yes that the charm was in one box and the clips were in another. Not satisfied with this experience since I have to return for a store error.

Wanted to exchange a bracelet for next size and was told not allowed without receipt. It was a gift. This is insane.

I am use to the service at the Pandora store in the Avenues Mall, Michael and is team are on their game. My son took me to the town center store and what a disappointment, I felt like I was bothering the sales associate. My son was starting a new bracelet for me with hearts, she as what charm did I want? Really? I asked can't she show me a few? Well that didn't make her happy because I didn't care for any of her choices. They I asked for a catalog to look at. I did get one... I was going to get additional charms. heck no not from her. Thanks for listening.
