I was trying on a ring to verify the size of my finger and the associate pulled the ring off my finger aggressively when she saw it didn’t fit right. Another customer noticed it as well. She had an attitude the entire time and was not friendly at all.

I waited 20 min on the line and she was not attending anyone, it was clear. The person who attended me did not pay attention to what I was asking for and asked me 3 times why I would want it and another 4 times for my name to pick up my product.

Places an order on line, need to return and exchange some items, drive 40 minutes to a store for them to tell me I had to return by mail. I could not return in store. Very frustrating.

Came in for 3 things. To purchase a ring for my daughter, to get my bracelet cleaned & 50% off sale. I’m not happy to be told you have to make an appointment to clean my bracelet or I can purchase a cleaner for $15 When I was just in Newyork Pandora they clean my bracelet as I shopped 🙂 When I got home I called another Pandora store and was told I don’t have to make an appointment ☹️ I’m really not happy town center’s Pandora store. I also came in for the 50% off sale and it wasn’t a large selection only one tray for a sale from june 17-28😒 that’s not good either. I stay to far from the store to be dissatisfied. But I can say I did get my daughter’s birthday gift and purchase 2 other items. My advisor was very nice👍🏽 This was out of her hands

The associate was not friendly at all. Very rushed, acted as if I didn't have a bracelet that I actually had on. Understanding it was busy due to it being Mother's Day, she was just nasty. My daughter and I tried to break the cold from her, nope stayed nasty and short. Then my clips were thrown in a box, not with the ribbon through it like all my charms/clips I've purchased so when I opened it at home, they fell in my lap. My second bad experience at this location. Will never go back to this store.

I felt I wasn’t give. The opportunity to really look for what I wanted. As a first time buyer I wanted to build a bracelete with at least a few charms sales associate didn’t bring anything for me to see she wanted me to tell her what I wanted how would I know if it’s my first time at pandora. She was rushing me as well. Sold me a bracelete she didn’t measure right when I got home to try on with charms it is too small (tight) now ive to return again it’s a unnecessary inconvenience to drive an hr again. I’m hoping next visit will be a happy one

Prior to my arrival at Pandora, I began exploring for my Pandora moments collection charm. Once I acknowledged that the charm I sought interest in was out of stock online, I decided to go into the store. After arriving to the Pandora store, I asked the sales associate that was assisting me if there were any good charms for my bracelet, and she answered saying “yes”, there were. Unfortunately, after she began searching, she could only provide me with one clamper/stopper for my bracelet and told me that I would have to try ordering it online and wait for to arrive. The main reason for going into the store was due to the fact that I was misinformed that there were more than enough in the store.

It was my first time Pandora. I went there because i wanted to buy a bracelet. The sales associate (186481) was not friendly and very rude. I could tell she was annoyed, she was trying to measure my wrist to get me the right size, she was struggling because of her long nails and couldn't close the clasp. After my purchase I've asked if I could look around (she didn't really let me look at all) She said "Yes,....But if the other customer walk in You will have to Leave!" That is exactly what she said. I had a bad experience today at Pandora store.

Savannah was extremely rude. Had a charm that was purchased 2 days before and happened to be on the 50% off sale now. She told me it wasn't good for previously purchased merchandise...so told her I'd just return it then. She did NOT want ANYTHING to do with me and did NOT assist me in picking out assitional charms. COme to find out she had this same ATTITUDE when my son and husband purchased them in the first place. She is not a good representaion of Pandora nor does she have any customer service skills. Will not be returning to this store due to her. PS I have been a Pandora customer for 20+ years...
