I went to the store to purchase charms for a bracelet I had purchased for my son-to-be daughter-in-law. I was looking for charms related to the University of Georgia. I was disappointed to hear that the owner of the store only carries University of Florida charms as that is where she went to school. I tried to buy red and black charms of any kind. The only ones available were Disney and meant for children. I asked for a football charm. After searching, I was told they were out. I decided to try murano glass charms. Only had a red one, no black. I ended up going to Jared's Jewelry to make my purchases.

Sale person was not knowledgeable on sale or discounts. I wasn't satisfied with with sale person attitude.

I feel like the manager Joanne could be more detailed and truthful about orders when charms are not there I would have paid for the charm I need it for my mom's birthday but was ensured that it would be there in time so I didn't need to pay

The sign in process was fine and well communicated, however the way the barrier was set up in the store gave the impression that you were not permitted to even browse the store while waiting to see a sales associate. I feel sure that if more customers felt they were able to do this then each would spend far less time trying to make a purchase decision from scratch when they are with the sales associate. This would certainly speed up the process and keep the wait time lower which in our case was well in excess of 20 minutes (just standing behind the barrier). When I finally did get to see an associate, the selection of bracelets and sizes held in stock was severely limited but we had to spend at least 5 minutes going through my various preferred options only to be told each was out of stock. I did make a purchase (for a gift) which I am not thrilled with. A very frustrating experience all round. All the staff we interacted with were very pleasant and as helpful as they could be given the lack of merchandise available. We love Pandora but this was a very disappointing experience and I would be more inclined to shop elsewhere in future.

With my purchase i was not informed i was able to get a free bracelet due to the amount i spent, and when i asked the sales person about the premotion i was told they were out and there was no substitute, this was the reason i chose to shop there

Unfortunately the sales associates was very rude with us , I like pandora but they don’t train their sales associates properly this is going to be a serious issue in the future

It is the busiest season but the store is under staffed. The selection of items on 19 Dec was already slim. I was hugely disappointed by the sales associate who saw my Pandora bracelet with more than 26 charms yet she could could not spare 3 minutes to clean my bracelet while my husband was purchasing more charms. She was short and dismissive. I just had neck surgery and was unable to voice my concerns in the store because I still have no voice. I can’t imagine corporate would support this type of customer service. Sad and disappointed.

The sales associate was rude and impatient... I felt rushed.. It would have been nice to look around the store and see what I liked versus standing in a line and then speaking with an associate that didn't even greet me and seem annoyed with me.. I definitely won't be back!

The Sales Associate had no knowledge of the free promotion. I purchased myself a Valentines Day gift. I asked the Sales Lady about the free Vday card. She didn’t know, I showed her the sign & she still had to ask a manager if it was not true. I felt as though I was getting in her nerves. She looked as though she was irritated by my questions about the Valentine’s Day card. If she could have brushed me off she would of & wouldn’t have cared less. I did not have a good experience in this store. Not happy & a waste of my hard earn money. I ended up loosing an Pandora charm in the store as well. Bad experience & I will not be returning to this store.
