I came there for a Jewelry cleaning that was okay ....they took pictures but can't find them to send too my email. I believe the cleaning was just to get people in to buy more things ......I purchased two charms that was so over priced i ended up paying over 100.00 and no coupons....this will probably be my last time shopping Pandora

The store located at the St. Johns town center in Jacksonville, Florida. Is one of the worst PANDORA experiences I have had. The sales associates treat black people like trash and it's only at this location that I've experienced such bad and negative customer service.

The sale associate was friendly she was nice an apologetic because they did have the charms an what I did like she couldn’t order what I want an the ring I want they don’t have any more in the sizes

It was out a lots of the new things I want, and the bracelet was damaged when I got home. When I came to exchange the damaged bracelet, they out of the size I want and asked for 30 days for shipping to the store not my house. It is the long time for waiting, and it’s not coming to my house. I must drive 30minutes to get there. If the company just keep working like that, they can make the customers dissatisfied.

Well the store associate didn’t seem too friendly or wanted my help, but more of just trying to get me out. Very dry interaction.. the last time I came, the curly headed blonde girl was awesome. I’d rather have her everytime.

I had a previously purchased leather bracelet with a Murano glass bead that I wanted to pass to my granddaughter. My question was how to clean the tarnished silver and I wanted to add the girl pigtail. The young lady told me that I could clean the silver with Dawn dishwashing liquid but not to get the leather wet. But without checking she also said there were no beads or charms that fit the bracelet...I do not understand because the bracelet IS Pandora.

Sales associate made me aware that if I purchased a third piece I would get it 30% off. And the additional two pieces at 20%. I did not receive any discount so when I called back to the associate she stated it was only retired jewelry. SHE DID NOT MENTION THAT IN THE STORE!! I felt swindled. I only bought the third piece because she said I would get 30% off. I will never work with her again. NEVER.

I purchased a last call ring on Saturday for my daughter but it was to big. I came in Sunday to exchange it for a smaller size which they had multiple ones in the case and I was told by the manager I couldn’t exchange or return because it was a final sell. And proceeded to show me it on the receipt. And to call Pandora customer service. I understand the policy but i had spent a lot of money on Saturday and I’m a returning customer to that store, I think her exchanging it would not cost Pandora anything to make a good customer happy. Very disappointed

I wanted something to commemorate the Kenny Chesney concert we had just attended. The first person I dealt with was in training which is totaly understandable. However, she did not once put the trays back in the drawers like they are supposed to, for me to look, which quickly triggered my OCD. An no one corrected the situation. I wanted a guitar, or treble clef, or blue rocking chair, SOMETHING to represents Kenny (Country Music) well. I found the Trebel Clef online, but they didn't have it, and told me it must be discontinuted..... They were ok to deal with, but I felt they were out of a LOT of charms, even though they said several times that they have everything. It just was not the same excepional service I received at our first purchase in Las Vegas a few months ago. I had that as an expectation.
