The store I visited no one greeted me. I had to stand next to the associate and stare at her before she asked if I need help. Then while helping she had a for lack of better terms crappy attitude like she was really hoping to have the day be over soon!

Much as I spend you’ll don’t offer discounts for your loyal customers how pathetic!!!!

The sales associate couldn't tell me what was my wrist size in inches, which is how it is shown on the website. This caused me to order the wrong size online. As a result I missed out on getting the correct free gift with purchase size. Now I have a product that doesn't fit and I can't do anything about it.

The size of all stores in my area are small not much room to look if several customers are in the store. Space also does not allow for more associates. If you want to see different items you feel pressured to choose or not purchase anything because there are several people waiting. Now my associate on this day made me feel like no one was waiting but I still could not help but feel the pressure.

They didn’t have the items that I had wanted.

Sales associate was annoyed and did not really wanted to take her time with me. Therefore I just purchased one of the item I wanted to get

I was not allowed my military discount with my purchase when all my previous purchases I have gotten my discount.

I was satisfied. I just probably won’t be going back to this town for awhile.

Received a Pandora email containing a 10% off for my birthday, and it was not honored! Reason giving was it was only for online shopping!
