I purchased a ring on 11/06/17 and the next day I already have two of the diamonds fallen out. I understand I can return to the store for a new ring but even for 55$ this is ridiculous. I now have to drive an hour to the closest location near me. Very disappointed.

A particular ring style was only available in size 4.5, 5 or 9. I was going to order on line but decided to come into store at St. Johns Town Center, in Jacksonville, Florida. I was a bit disappointed because I wanted to wear it on my middle finger and needed a 7. I got the size 4 and will wear it on my pinky finger instead.

This was my first Pandora purchase. My purchase was over 500.00 dollars. My bracelet was tarnished and chipped within 10 days. I purchase expensive jewelry all the time, so it wasn't how I was taking care of it. I am very sensitive to getting lotions on it, etc. I'm not sure if it was like that when I purchased it or not, it was my fault for not inspecting it when I purchased it. I hope this next one that I exchanged is better, so far, so good. I did purchase more at this visit.. so it better be better!

There was not enough sales associates available you had to sign in and wait for your name to be called. Sales associates were very courteous, and very helpful.

When you go shopping, you want for the salesperson to show different kind of jewelry or tell you what kind of new jewelry you have in the store. Every time I go you feel like they don't want to show you anything. My feelings is like they think you no going to buy. If I go to the store is to buy, I don't waste my time in looking for jewelry, when I go I buy but I want for them to show me or tell me the variations so that I can chose the best or something that I really like it. I notice the salesperson want for you to buy the first thing you see or leave.

I did an order online a few weeks ago and decided to return on of the items. I read on the website that it could be returned I store so I drove all the way to store at the town center (a very busy and populated area), stood in line and waited, just to be told that I can not return it at that store. I had to do it at a corporate store, which does not exist anywhere near me. I ended up having to do an exchange even though I really didn’t want a charm at all. I really think the website should be more clear, to stop people from wasting their time.
