The manager was disrespectful even while the Amanda tried her best to locate the length bracelet I wanted. Another employee insinuated that my sister (a religious customer) and I were in possession of a bracelet which was obviously in the tray Amanda had. I purchased a bracelet simply because I valued Amanda and her helping us despite the horrible incident.

I was there to make a purchase and while shopping I asked to have my bracelet cleaned and was told that this service was not being offered today . I spend 45 minutes & 150 with a sales associate and I feel my bracelet couldn't gotten cleaned while I spent that time with her

It was very very crowded and the wait was super long. Maybe more specialists would have helped speed the process

I actually ended up ordering online. I went in for 2 reasons, a quick gift for someone and for my daughter to look around. I went into the store (Daytona Beach, FL mall) with my 4.5 year old daughter on 12/16 around 11 am. There were sales associates that were helping others, some were not directly helping. I waited around for 5 minutes and no one even greeted me or asked if they could help me with anything. There was no acknowledgement whatsoever, two of the associates even looked me dead in the eye and did not open their mouths to speak help. I find this disturbing as I wanted to introduce my daughter to Pandora and have her look at a bracelet/charms that she may want Santa to bring her. I view this company as special as I have tons of Pandora charms that my husband buys me for special occasions and each one has a different meaning/significance. I wanted to share this love for Pandora and the intentionality that is put forth with the themed charms that we would pick for her. I can not do this with how rude your associates were to us that day. This is unacceptable and I am really hurt that my daughter did not get to share that experience with me that day.

My Sales Associate was excellent, however I was not happy with the “sign in system”. I was told that I had only two people ahead of me, which was not the case. Thanks

It was ok. I shop pandora in Canada and the experience here compared to where I shop in Canada was not as great. The store is very formal and that could be due to the location

There are only limited items on sale. The ring i wanted to get was out of stock or no available size.

The store was entirely too busy...waited 20-30 min...checked out and decided I wanted to purchase 2 more bracelets as gifts....had to wait another 20 min. despite knowing exactly what I wanted and size. There should be at least 2 people dedicated to check out only for those who call ahead and/or those who know what they want. Mind u I called ahead for the first purchase and still had to wait!!
