The store parking is have limited and the store was crowded. I would have like to sit down to look at the charms as it was my first time in the store. I received a bracelet for Mother's day and wanted to purchase some more charms.

I was very happy with my visit.They had great service and assistance.and they have great location in the town center

sales associates are awesome.

The items where not in stock name listed on waiting list seems to be frequently store is not stocked. Duvall needs more than one store availability

I went on Mother’s Day. It was just really busy. No fault of the store. Just would have been better if it wasn’t busy and there was no wait.

Not enough staff personnel to facilitate shoppers.... The Ladies that did assist me and other customers was very helpful, courteous and informed

I wasn't highly satisfied bc I was looking for a specific item (Minnie dress) but you all don't have it

I had phoned in my order earlier in the week for Saturday pickup. One of the charms on the bracelet was incorrect. Upon correcting it the sales associate put some of the charms back on the bracelet backwards which she did not notice. At time of check out the manager on duty proceeded to discuss the day's sales numbers with my SA and then holler across the store asking if the other associates had sold any cleaning kits or ?? Pandora bills itself as a top tier store but the lack of professionalism was apparent.

The sales associate did not advised that If I spent 6 more dollars I could receive the pandora dish that was mailed out she seemed a bit rushing me

I bought a bracelet. The sales person was very nice and knowledgeable. I received prompt, helpful service. I have no complaints or criticisms. I'm from out of town which is why I'm not likely to return.
