I went to the store to purchase the silver reflections bracelet but they didn't have my size. The sales associate said they could order it for me but I would have to come back to pick it up... so I bought something else and when I got home I ordered it online...so I actually made out.. Catherine went out of her way to help me... very professional in appearance and mannerism..

BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE....

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and good at up selling however it was not until after we made our purchase another associate asked ohh did she show you our last call charms? I advised no. Just want to point out this would have been good to know about while making our selections. May have equates to more sales for the associate and also show the customer the variety of cost options available.

I love the bracelets, and the sale was awesome. It is very easy to spend $100 BUT there were almost no merchandise left! When you are planning to do a sale like this, you should plan your stock

This store did not have enough sales people to help with the amount of customers at the time I was there. I had to wait 10-15 mins.

My visit to the store was fine. Disappointed that there is no option for repair to my ring that is missing a crystal. Second ring that has had a missing crystal. Not likely to buy any more rings. Lovepod earrings that I received free with $100 purchase are really hard to put the back on. Think the post are bent, seem to be soft.

Pandora credit card transactions are timely.
