First I went to the Gainesville Florida store and waited 40 minutes to be waited on. Then the girl knew nothing and wasn’t helpful at all. The next day I went to the St Johns Town Center store and while I still had to wait 40 minutes, when I was waited on the clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I was actually highly satisfied with my Pandora experience and will be going back shortly.

I did not select 'Highly Satisifed' with my Pandora experience simply because the store is a bit small and it was a bit crowded. Knowing that this is the holiday season, there could have been 1 to 2 more sales associates.

Assistant Manager was in charge of checking out customers after being taken care of by sales associate. Unsure if Hannah is her name however she was RUDE, I asked her about emailing me my receipt due to the fact they fade after time. She was rude in expressing she coult not. Delivery was unprofessional 'I said I can not'. WHOA!!! That really took me by surprise. Then after I gave her a look she wanted to clear it up. I am an EXTREMELY LOYAL client 'Black Friday' or not. RESPECT IS DUE to ALL customer AND clients! I refer to myself as a Pandora client because I speak Pandora AND the ONLY time I get Pandora from another jewelry store is if it's retired and we want it for our collection.

I think that the sales person was new or just not as good as I have had in the past at this store.

I was using my Pandora credit card for the first time and wanted to also use my military discount. I was told I could not combine the discounts; however, your printed materials say you can if using your credit card the first time. My total purchase before discount and tax was over $300. According to your printed material I should have received an additional $30 discount. NOT happy about this!

The associate was short when speaking with my son in regards to charms. She didn't offer any other suggestions when the initial charm I was looking for was no longer available
