I felt as though others were greeted upon entry and I was not and I am pretty sure appearance was the reason but I will never let that turn me into being negative as others may be because of presumption

First time in a Pandora store. It was pleasant, associates were nice, transaction was easy.

I was looking for several charms but knew for sure that I wanted a Tigger. This store had no Tigger. I was not terribly upset however, I am in Florida and just thought it odd that one of the most beloved Disney cartoon characters was missing from the Florida lineup. I do not own a Pandora bracelet and have never purchased one and felt that the sales person could have explained how the bangles open and close; what sets Pandora apart from anyone else, etc. I am however in love with the store and will return to fill up my "free" bangle with my very own charms!

The store did not have the sale items I initially wanted to purchase. I end up buying items at full price and spending much more that I anticipated.

I was given a Pandora bracelet and charms for Christmas as a gift. This is the first Pandora jewelry and experience I have ever had. I brought back my bracelet on 12/26/18 to exchange for a larger size. I was told that the size I needed was not in stock, so it would take 2-4 weeks to get the new bracelet. So I left my bracelet there for exchange and waited for a call. I received notice that my new bracelet was in and drove to the store on the opposite side of town from where I live, just to find out the bracelet that was sent for me was defective. The charms would not fit on the bracelet. I was very unhappy that was not checked before I drove to the store. I was not offered any kind of exchange to settle this on that day, 1/9/19. I feel as if I should have been offered a different bracelet in my size. I was told since my bracelet was a "Christmas package deal" that I needed to wait another 2 weeks. So I returned on 1/24/19 to pick up my bracelet once again, which happened to be too small with my charms put on. So I had to get an even larger one that was luckily in stock. In the end, I got a pretty bracelet with charms from my husband... but quite stressful to get it.
