Pandora Jewelry

The sales associate was very rude. She acted like she had a problem when I asked to see if they had two specific items in stock at the store. After I picked the items that I wanted, she left them unattended where anybody could take them, on top of the counter. Then I asked if they had the zodiac sign necklace or charms, and she wouldn't show them to me. Then when I paid she gave me a broken bag that didn't say pandora and barely wrapped up my charms and threw them into the bag. I didn't get a thank you and barely got a receipt I had to go back for it. The salesperson was Safiya A NO. 967211, on 4764 River City Drive Sp 109 Jacksonville Fl, 32246

Don’t like waiting in queue. Should have more sales reps available during busy days.

It was busy, as expected the week before Christmas, so I had to wait a while. I came in with an idea and the sales associate was very kind and helpful.. I went in with the idea of buying 1 charm.. left with 3. I thought it was the 2 I chose but realized she actually gave me 2 (and charged for) of 1 when I thought I was only getting one like planned. Might have to return, but we will see if the recipient wants 2.

A lot of the charms are not fully on display. It would be easier to see the charms if the trays were displayed.

The selection of merchandise is very slim

I have shopped at several Pandora stores. There is always some wait time. There is always one sales associate who seems more informed than the others when all sales associates should have the same knowledge of products.

The merchandise was beautiful and the sales associate was able to fit exactly what i was looking for.

I like the Jewelry .

The bracelet I was looking for wasn’t sold in the store. The associate did offer to order it however. Not a lot of 14k pieces.

Sales was was friendly. But she did not really recommend anything. I am very accustomed to that at Pandora locations.
