Overall experience was good just not excellent there is room for improvement.

because I inquired about a charm I purchase and lost just 4 weeks after I purchased because one of my pandora bracelet keep coming open is how I lost it I should the sales rep the receipt open I could have it replaced.

II was asked to sign in, the lady was not that nice that asked me did I sib in.

Larger Hoop earrings would be a plus, and more earring varieties in general would be awesome for gifts

They did not have my ring size. There were very few selections to choose from. Otherwise, the service was great. The person that was assisting was very nice and knowledgeable.

There were only two associates in the store at the time of my visit. This is during a promotion and there should have been at least 4 or 5 associates for the amount of people in the store. The day before we left because the libe was out the door and there weren't enough associates.

Pandora did not have the charms or bracelet that I wanted.
