I actually went to the store to exchange a product that I purchased online but was told that they could not exchange the item because it was one from a third party vendor, so I had to actually repurchase the item since it was a Birthday present for my daughter and unfortunately the vendor I purchased from would not answer the phone when I called. Now I know not to order from website Pandora.com to use Pandora.net. The third party vendor sent the incorrect item.

I was disappointed that all of the items I saw online were not available in the store. The store had very little that interest me.

One associate just looked at me when I wasn’t being assisted and never spoke or said someone will be with you shortly. If busy; address people will kind words and speak!

The time I spent there waiting to be served was excessive. The guidelines were strict where you couldn’t shop on your own. The associates took their time transitioning from one customer to the next, which had nothing to do with sanitation. The associate only sprayed the counter after we left. She did not spray the counter prior to her serving us after she finished with a white lady that didn’t make a purchase. I spent $230 in your store. I was a little offended.

Wearing masks played into it, but it was a little difficult for the associate to understand me. Prefer to let me guide the conversation rather than just have things taken out.

I asked if there was any discontinued or clearance pieces and I was told no, that this location did not carry any of these. Then I was sold pieces from the Essence collection yesterday 5/14/2020 full priced, I came home and looked online to purchase another charm like the one I had just bought in the store and found out that the collection was discontinued, I really felt taken advantage of.

the store did great the new normal of social distancing , took a little time but everyone was great and helpful my wife loves this stuff so about 4 times a year i am there there is nothing the store could do any different
